Jambojet airline customers will now be able to pay for their flights using Safaricom Bonga points in a new partnership with the Kenya telco. This comes after Jambojet Airlines recently launched a Progressive Web Application to allow customers to book tickets, check-in and access their boarding pass on their smartphones.

This application, which is both available for android and IOS users, offers convenience to customers while streamlining processes, to save time and help reduce physical touchpoints.

The partnership will allow Safaricom subscribers to redeem their Bonga points to purchase flights ticket to any of the following local destination; Nairobi, Eldoret, Mombasa, Diani, Malindi and Kisumu.

We are aware of the financial impact COVID-19 has had on many families. There are those who may want to travel but are cash –strapped. We want to provide options to the customers and tell them that they can still travel by redeeming Bonga Points.”

Titus Oboogi, Head of Sales & Marketing, Jambojet.

How to Purchase Jambojet Flight Ticket using Bonga Points
