The leading eCommerce platform in Kenya, Jumia and Safaricom have partnered to reward customers shopping on Jumia with a 5% discount through November. This comes when we are just a few days to the start of Jumia Black Friday where the eCommerce platform will have many offers and discounts to its customers. Safaricom and Jumia partnership will see all online shoppers on the platform receive 5% discounts through November Jumia Black Friday.
The discount will be available to all Jumia customers for transactions of Sh1,000 and above on M-Pesa with the discount redeemable for the first such three transactions starting 1st November 2020 to a maximum of Sh250 per transaction. The offer will run for 6 weeks beginning November 1st 2020 with shoppers eligible for discounts for the first 3 transactions within the period.

Customers will automatically have the 5% discount applied to their total shopping value once they choose M-Pesa as a payment option on the checkout. It works both on Jumia and Jumia Food.
